Well , i am not a specialist but i have tried it on myself , i used to run around 2 to 2.5 kms everyday and was burning hardly , 70 to 80 calories on the running meter in the gym , i asked my gym trainer what to do he just said me to walk instead of running , but the walk was not slow it was around 8km/hr speed

After measuring the calories burned i was shocked to know the results it was stunning i burned 350 calories in walking for 20 minutes .

Yes do not be shocked , just goto your gyms back and start the running meter and try it , and it will answer you back .

So in way i am burning around 300 + calories by just walking for 20 minutes isn't that great ??
